i love these things

won one, FTed another, and busted out in 3

its fun to get practice too

[/ QUOTE ]

I'd say so. I nailed 4th place in my first one and everyone knows I'm a weak tight ninny.
Are you saying that the competition in these is easier than a regular $22 MTT? I've just entered my first one

These things are amazing. They have the structure of an MTT but the players play them like a cheap SNG. They should be fairly profitable for any decent MTTer.

Thank you for pointing that out, last night they were grouped differently. But now I know, and knowing is half the battle. GI Joe...

if they were really listening, they'd have other buy-in levels.

I quote "....look out for other tournaments with similar formats in the coming weeks. Have fun"

And notice that it's "have fun", it's not "enjoy!"

Re: 180 player SNG all day long now!

I actually wish they WOULDN'T have lower buy ins for these things. The players are playing them like cheap SNG's. The players who happen to have smaller skill levels might be more inclined to move down limits if they are offered. Which makes for tougher games at the 20's or above (if they offer them).
