Okay, I found an account ID and a bank ID, I assume the bank ID is the routing number but the account ID is only 8 digits while usually account numbers are 10 digits. Are these two numbers what I should use when I sign up for IGM-Pay? Thanks.

I too am interested in linking an ING account with Neteller. I just opened a Neteller account. To do an EFT, the first thing they want is a check number. ING is not a checking account. You need a separate checking account to even get an ING account. If anyone has been succesful linking the two, I'd be inetersted in knowing how to do it.
