Re: Plastic cards

Ive only ever used COPAG, but if those cards good enough for the WSOP they're good enough for me. My friend bought two decks about 7-8 months ago and they still feel great. I just bought two decks for myself and those feel even better than his cards, showing that the cards wear a little. They can be washed however, and we used those decks for like 3 hours 6 days a week for a while, explaining the wear. My copags were only $15 for 2 decks and a nice plastic box. The only problem with the box is that is doesn't fit in a chip case but that isn't a very big deal imo. You can just put the decks in old paper boxed to store in the chip case, they aren't going to get messed up in there. You should also get cut cards so you can hold the deck without the bottom cards exposing, plus using them makes you look cool to new people that join your game (LOL).

Me too. Half the price of Kems and just about as good.

Check this out: http://www.homepokertourney.com/cards_review.htm

If you like the feel of a flimsy plastic card, try copag or kems. If you'd rather have a card that feels more like paper, Modiano's are good.

I second the recommendation for the Modianos. Probably my favorite card. The Dal Negros are also very, very nice. Substantial feeling, not slick like some platic cards.
