This has happened to a person before. It occured when Party slipped in a free $100 up front cash bonus and the player didn't know about it. He didn't notice his balance was $100 higher when he signed in. Then he didn't play the required hands needed before deadline and the money was taken out.

That's probably not the case here of course, but sometimes there are logical explanations.
