That proves how stupid Americans are. I went through the 30 seconds of calculating necessary to figure it out only to see that you're right. Apparently 4x4 = 12. Me smart. I'll probably trap myself in the trunk of my car on the way to class tomorrow.

My overall evaluation was right though: The pot is almost always big enough, so call with your lock low draw.
