At these limits, you'll get called by all kinds of garbage even if you raise. The average player's hand reading skills, especially one who will be coldcalling most often, are dubious at best.

Raising when you have the best hand is +EV. Raising to eliminate other players who might have a better hand but will fold if you raise is +EV. Last but not least, I hate being called a fish, and fish limp in. I'm sure everyone remembers the "pro" who said "if its worth playing, its worth raising"

check/folding this flop would suck a lot. you have the best hand here most of the time.
