[/ QUOTE ] What page(s) are you precisely referencing where David says that you shouldn't raise pre-flop from the small blind in a multiway limped pot with a Group 1 hand, when he does advocate specifically raising in this spot with very strong hands or hands that play well multi-way (p.46).
