My favorite is over-easy and my flawless technique can prepare 4 or 5 at a time perfectly without even the slightest hint of yoke breakage.

My specialty though are my Super Eggs, but I don't give that recipe info out to just anyone...Sorry.

Scrambled as a default. The kind that runs is good too. I don't know the name, I think that's over-easy.
