the answer of course is "it depends." Drop them when a lag in LP raises and no one calls. He could be on a steal and will not necessarily pay you off even if you do hit. Call a tight raiser since its more likely he has a legitimate hand. If tight players cold call a raise between you and the raiser (when raiser isn't a maniac), I usually fold 22's in EP.
