Either way, you should probably start winding down a couple hours earlier from now until the end of the month.

After college, I worked for an investment bank for 5 years in London then New York. Contract ended so I decided to take the opportunity to "turn pro" and see how it went.

I really want to give my eyes a rest, so I prefer to avoid watching TV. Reading a book that's non-poker related is a good idea.

If that was directed my way, I've just moved back to the UK from New York so still sorting out apartment etc etc blah blah. A regular bed partner would certainly help!
