if there are two/three limpers, I basically always overlimp with A2s-A7s, and A8s-A9s isn't always raised either

So who else raises with small suited aces here and who limps?

I limp mostly

I prefer to limp as well, but it depends on just how loose and passive the table is.

It depends.

In a tight shorthanded game, where most pots are heads up, and a raise will likely gain me position in the hand; I will raise low suited aces UTG.

In a loose shorthanded game, where raises are often CC, and pots are often multiway, I will limp low suited aces, if a player has limped in before me.

I would NEVER open limp with them though.
