I think he meant 20bb/100 or 10ptbb/100. If he is indeed making 20ptbb/100 then he's just nuts for not moving up at least to the 50s.

Everywhere in Poker Tracker you see "BB" it refers to a Big Bet, twice the size of the Big Blind in limit. Obviously there is no Big Bet in NL, but this value is still two Big Blinds. So 1 PTBB/100 = 2 BB/100
