I don't know if she's exactly mega-rich. I'm sure she didn't make a ton of money from Disney for doing Freaky Friday or whatever the hell else she's been in. Plus, there is an unbelievable amount of pressure on women in Hollywood to be rail thin. It happens to all of them. Look at Jennifer Connelley for one of a hundred examples.

Wow that's a bad picture. I wouldn't conceed she's disgusting yet, I think that's just a bad/odd pic. It doesn't look like her at all.

Nicole Richie on the other hand looks TERRIBLE. She clearly has developed some kind of eating disorder, which is sad. She was WAY prettier when she was on the Simple Life[s], but never was that outstanding. Sure she could've benefited from losing a few pounds, but she took things way too far, and looks much worse. I saw her on the Howard Stern show on E! a month or two ago, and Howard and them were saying how much better she looked, and I couldn't believe it.
