Hmmmm...I haven't. I'm sure you could leave out the shellfish, and just add more regular fish. If you don't want fish at all, I guess chicken would work. But I honestly don't know...

I was thinking maybe some scallops instead of the fish. Bet that would be pretty damned good.

I'll try it that way sometime in the near future and report back if I can remember to and it doesn't suck.
