I think he flopped the nuts with his KQo, but I didn't know that until he lead the turn and then 3-bet it. The question is, "Is he nuts enough to bet the turn without a queen?". If the answer is yes, then the turn raise is a good one. In my experience, if your "average retard" leads the turn after a capped flop with a board that requires only 1 card to make the nuts, he's got the nuts. You will draw out 10/46 times and chop 3/46 times. Which means, IMO, that in order for a raise to make sense, he needs to be full of it at least 10/46 times. I don't think you have the pot equity to justify the raise.

Now I'm sure you'll tell me he showed KTo for the running boat.
