Re: Dealer giving hints to players?

Dealers generally suck at playing poker. That's why a lot of them are dealers. I welcome their advice.

I agree 100% with U

....often I see in one of the private club , I play , innaprpriate comments by the dealers , like ....

- "ReRaise with 77 ? , are U ontilt ?"
- "Ur 2 to 1 to win this hand"
- "Yesterday , I won an online tournement"
- "I knew that U had AK"

I'm with bdk3clash on this one, that was my point. I don't think a dealer should be allowed to do it, but if there is no house policy, then let it work to your favor.

But if it gets silly or gets to be too much.... call the floor, or quit the table. But remember - we were discussing LOW LIMITS. I'd take a very different attitude for higher or middle limit games.

If I heard that, I'd hit the guy (and them leave him a tip if I won a big pot... lol!) THAT crosses over the line.

Re: Dealer giving hints to players?

on a purely theoretical basis, a dealer should not be giving advice of any kind, anytime.

however, if it was low limit, who gives a @#$%. It will make NO difference, and the morons will be just as plentiful anyway.
