Villain is even worse than that if he plays a set this way.

It just looks like he tried to slowplay on the flop, got scared of the flush card on the turn, then woke up when the board paired. Either that or he realized that Hero and the CO were going to cap for him, but I won't give him credit for that.

CO liked his hand enough to raise the turn but not cap it when he's 3 bet and then he wakes up when 9s pair on the river. What could the CO possibly put Hero on when he raises that river. I dont think he raises this river with KJ, QT, or AA. If it smells like a monster and looks like a monster, it very well could be a monster.
