what is the official sign up bonus?
i see it says $100 max 20%, and some people have said they've gotten 20% up to $1500 in..

i want to open an account and deposit $1000, wanna make sure I get the full 20%

I'm with you and want to know the sign-up bonus. HPC replied to your original post and stated that the official bonus is capped at $100. However, seeing another poster's claim of getting $300 is very interesting. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] Was there some kind of programming issue and that person was lucky enough to deposit before someone figured it out?

I am using Safari 1.2.3 (v125.9) on Apple OS/X 10.3.2 at the moment. I have the same problem on 10.3.3 on another machine at home. I can also replicate the problem on Mozilla Firefox 1.0 under Win 2000 Professional.

In terms of the deposit, I am not stressed about it. I'm perfectly happy with the outcome.

I even got to smack James Woods and his brother around in a SnG, so all good from my perspective. Buncha fish. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

I know two people who got $200, including one today. Perhaps they will pull an empire and take it away, but I'm cranking down my 2,100 raked hands for $300. It actually shows your progress on the main URL - so far, so good.

Those are actualy fairly reasonable bonus requirements. How are the games there? Can you multitable?

I hate to be the wet blanket here, but I just sent a message to support detailing a major glitch in their software. I was playing at 3 $1/$2 tables when the chat bubbles (call/raise/fold, etc) wouldn't disappear. Then flop cards started to disappear. When this started to happen, I was in the middle of a hand with KTs. On the river, I have the nuts A-high straight, the other guys bets, I raise and it says he calls, but then it shows him betting again, so I raise, and it shows him calling and my table closes. I have no idea if I won the pot. More troublesome, my account balance shows me $37 in the hole, and I'm reasonably certain I wasn't more than $20 down before everything went haywire.

Hopefully support will get this straightened out for me, but I just wanted to give people heads up that the software may have some glitches. I was using IE6 on Windows XP, SP2.

im sure hollywood poker is a good site, pokerroom skin.. ima bout to jump on it.. but if you REALLY think you played james woods in a SNG, LOL... that in it self is a little fishy.

I think james woods would undoubtedly spend his time playing some goregous hollywood blonde rather than playing hollywood poker. just my take [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
