No because if you had any PP (other than 22 since this is impossibe in a fair deck) you will have flopped a boat

to get the exact numbers...sorry, i dont have a calculator nearby:

13 * [(4 C 2) / (52 C 2)] * [1 - [(48 C 3) / (50 C 3)]]

Where x C y is n C r.

This breaks down to:

13 different card values * probability of getting a pocket pair * (1 - probability that the next 3 cards dealt do not match your pocket pair)
