This is fine, against the right Villian I am pushing, you are too short to try to flop a set.

I know it's push or fold, but I'm not convinced it's a fold. I'm trying to see what everyone's standard line is here, but I'm just getting a lot of French. God damnit. I have no one to blame but myself.

My standard line is to fold here.

I have been folding in this spot also. At the time I hate it, but after seeing other people following the same line, I feel a little better. Although I'm sure there is also times when it would be right to push this.

The one thing I don't feel good about is the wasted year of French class in Jr High

a miniraise from a 1k stack, the worst hand you could be looking at is AQs/AK/ and most pairs villain has beat your pair. however, if the level changes to 50/100 before it gets to me this orbit im shoving it in. i think its too good to pass up if im going to be bleeding t150 chips over the next few hands.

Can you Americans stop trying to act cultured - it really doesn't suit you.

I live in Montreal. Knowing French is not an option.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t50 (6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

BB (t2810)
UTG (t2125)
MP (t1070)
CO (t2250)
Hero (t775)
SB (t970)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to t100</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, BB calls t50.

Agree?

[/ QUOTE ]

I would fold this, unless villain has been doing this constantly and I have a super tight image. I want a lot of FE here to push...no way you can call obviously...so fold...there are much better spots IMO.

What's so bad about just calling?

Ew. Really?

BB comes in for sure. You take it 3-way for over 1/8 of your stack without the lead, having know idea where you are on any board?

Yikes never mind
I though you were BB.
My standard answer I guess...depends on your read
If he's been raising a lot I poosh... If he's been a bit tighter I'm more inclined to fold. Also depends on if he's folded to any repushes as of yet.

Lean towards a fold
