I make a continuation bet close to 100% of the time in this spot. If I check through TPTK, I'm going to have to start checking through with trash and give up my chance at the pot. I'm not saying that's bad, it just requires a totally different approach and that's not what I do at the moment.

Now that I think about it, I like 3-betting the flop. I don't see a straightforward TAG limp/calling with QQ, 99, or 95, so I'm usually only behind Q9s and 55 (AA/KK sometimes). I think I undervalue hands too much heads-up.

what does 3-betting the flop do then? dont you think KQ/QJ/QT folds? why not let him keep firing with a Q

I think that's probably the worst thing you can do.
