Well, no. There will be at least 2-3 players from that table who will be coming to forums like this saying how online poker is rigged because of this, assuming he showed it down all 4, or even 3 of the 4. So no, not only in a home game.

If the deck was shuffled the odds of getting dealt aces is the same. The cards have no memory.
