If you're going to be this aggro, why not just push pf? [/ QUOTE ] Because the flop is actually a good flop and he may now be way ahead (with outs if he isnt) instead of definitely behind. |

Re: (55) 2nd pair + gutshot bubble
If he has an ace why didnt he raise? Why cant he have JT, Q9s, KQ etc etc, 77 that he decides to fold to the bet. why does he have to have an ace so often, and eevn when he does we have plenty of outs. |
Re: (55) 2nd pair + gutshot bubble
Curtainz said he may be ahead, not that he is ahead.
Thinking about it, you have 5 outs to two pair, 4 outs to a damn near nut straight (only A5o/maybe 55 calls you here). That's a pretty damn good chance of winning this hand, if you don't win because of folds/you're ahead. People love Ax, and A2-A6/A7 seems very likely here. |
Re: (55) 2nd pair + gutshot bubble
btw we win against A8 about 35-36% of the time. |
Re: (55) 2nd pair + gutshot bubble
Yeah, missed the 4 outer to the straight. Do you call if flop is A74?
|
Re: (55) 2nd pair + gutshot bubble
I check fold an A74 flop lastchance. Backdoor flush draw doesnt hurt either.
