Aren't you worried with 3 opponents there is a bigger flush draw out there? I think you need to discount those 12 outs.

even if you say the flush is only good 2/3 of the time (in reality it's much, much higher) you're talking about 9 outs and 36% equity and you still gotta jam this flop
