I much prefer a call here for two great reasons:

1) When you're beat (by either Button or BB, you save yourself at least 1 bet)
2) When you're winning, you will often win the same amount anyway as Button is more likely to call with a pair of Kings if you merely call

Note that it is somewhat unlikely (based on your read) that BB bets into two opponents here, one showing strength the whole way, on a coordinated board like this. It takes a real LAG to bet out here with junk.

Usually I raise this, but in the generally weak tight Commerce 9/18 game (where I'm assuming this is being played), I'd just call. And people play strangely there, this bet could mean anything

I ultimately just called after some deliberation, hoping to draw in an overcall. Button folded anyway, BB had KQs, and MHIG.
