I'm 100% certain online poker will die. At the very least, it's hard to imagine any electronic game surviving the heat death of the universe.

Nonsense. It's been well demonstrated that you can play an infinite number of hands of poker before the universe dies of heat death. You just have to go to sleep longer and longer before each action.

The big crunch or big rip might cause other problems, however.

in 5 years i wouldn't be suprised to see 1 million players online(across all poker sites) at all times

Perhaps there is enough dark matter and the universe will collapse and another big bang will occur and poker will rise out of the ashes.
