I would generally make a larger bet pre-flop and definitely bet more post-flop so that people with drawing hands are making a mistake if they call you. From this hand and one of your comments earlier in the thread, it sounds like you're much too willing to call all-ins. Its generally better to go all-in yourself into an open pot, where you are likely to win the blinds (pre-flop)or pot (post-flop) and still have a chance to win if someone calls you.

Re: My stats on 650 freeroll hands

In the AA hand, your raise is much too small. Think about it, you are complaining that these guys are calling with crap, so make them PAY FOR IT! When you min-raise AA, J2o is getting close to the right odds to call out of the BB, so he is not making a very big mistake. If 6xBB raises are getting three calls, then raise 6xBB's!

In a freeroll, you can't expect to win a lot of pots without a showdown, too many players willing to go to the felt with nothing. You have to try to see the flop cheaply with speculative hands that can flop monsters when stacks are deep (especially pocket pairs, looking to hit a set) and raise hard when you have a big hand. Against bad players, there is no need to get tricky: bet or raise strong when you've got a big hand, check or fold when you don't, and never assume your opponents are being tricky either. More often than not, they are betting good hands and checking when they are weak. Running into the occasional slow-played AA is just the cost of doing business- you have to be willing to get it all in with top pair.
