Isn't that a bit conservative? I don't believe anyone folds to the first raise.

The question is does the guy play straighforward or does he try to be tricky. If he is a typical straigh ahead player as it sounds like he is, I would tell myself to fold because he has to have it to make that raise or at least to just call since there is little chance ill make myself fold the 2nd nuts. I would actually probably raise and fold to the push.
If he is frequently capable of, or dumb enough to be making a play at this pot then raise and probably call.

My thoughts at least.
