She bet, I am calling out her bluff by raising when I raise I do her then she reraises and thats when I know I'm beat, I fold and save the rest of my stack.

This sounds like her clever way of saying No. And like she thinks it would be a sacrifice to do you that she wants some kind of repayment for that's a lot bigger than the pleasure of doing you would be. Sounds like she figures the upside would be all yours. Not an ideal lay in my mind.
