Looting needs to be nipped in the bud. If left unchecked… A) Looters steal. – Nothing is done B) Multiple looters become mobs. – Nothing is done C) Mobs steal, burn and pillage. – Nothing is done D) Multiple mobs become anarchy. Now you have a free fire zone. New Orleans is on “C” right now. |
