I got an email from CS saying my w/d was declined and reversed back to account.

Did they say "Why" your w/d was declined?

fwiw, I have never had a problem with a withdrawal from TGC.

Yes, they said I did not meet the wagering requirements. However, to get the bonus awarded I had to meet the wagering requirements first, so they are mistaken of course.

They have been known to award bonuses before wagering requirements are completed!
(only you know presumably from PT stats whether this is the case here or not)

Did you ask them how many more raked hands you need to play?
(You could also use the raked hand checker on the main menu to check)

Re: The Gaming Club - 50% to $100 (5x)

I have of course checked my raked hands played. It is well over the 500 needed. The bonus was not awarded until after 500 raked hands were completed also.

So the problem isn't on us players who are having difficulties. It's an error on TGC's part.

To recap. I received a CS email telling me my w/d was reversed back into my account do to wagering requirements not met. My funds have not been credited back to me as of this post. I have no option to reverse cash in either. My money is not available to me at any level. Can't play, can't cash in.

Did you call them on the phone?

I have had no satisfaction through phone calls with them in the past. It was a time burner and they don't seem to understand the issue any better than email CS.

The TGC Guy who posts here is the only one I trust for an honest answer. He solves all the problems we may have in the end. So I'll wait for him to get involved.

It is kinda curious how no one ever calls support at poker sites and just posts here instead. Are everyone's gnomes a different sex than they are or something?

Once again, apologies for these issues that seem to keep plauging this reload bonus.

The system that checks promotion criteria was working on turbo, and subsequently marked withdrawals to be reversed when in fact the requirements had been met.

That said, the system has been updated and you are free to withdraw your cash if it was reversed to your poker account.

If you still encounter any troubles with reversals and you have met the requirements, please let us know at your earliest convenience so that we can get it fixed for you.

That's good news. I'll assume the reason no money has shown back into my account after they declined my cash out is because they decided to let it process shortly after.

Has anyone got a successful cashout since this problem arose? It's still bouncing back to my account so I'm just wondering. Getting frustrated.
