Critique these picks for me please. (And anyone else that feels like it)

November 6 @ Saints WIN
November 13 vs.49ers WIN
November 20 vs.Panthers LOSE
November 27 @ Buccaneers LOSE
December 4 vs.Packers WIN
December 11 @ Steelers LOSE
December 18 vs.Falcons LOSE
December 25 @ Packers WIN
January 1 @ Vikings WIN

I am a Bears fan through and through, but I think 5-4 over the remaining games is solid enough to get them in the playoffs so they can lose in the first round to a team that deserves to be there. Orton continues to improve, and is showing some promise for a rookie QB. Will be interesting to see what Smith does when Grossman gets healthy.

8-8 wins the north, I see the Bears going 9-7, maybe 10-6 if they can steal one (and I'd guess that one would be against Atlanta)

thoughts?

They could beat the bucs. It would be hard, but they have less of a QB than the bears. Besides that there is a small chance they might steal one from the steelers, panthers, or falcons. Probably not, but maybe.

In my heart though, the Bears will end up 13-3 at the end of the season.

13-3 is out of the question, I think. Besides, you remember what happened the last time they went 13-3

Hard to believe it's been 20 years...

bolded the ones the bears have shots at stealing, but I also think they are capable of losing 2 of the wins.

The Bears are better than every team in the NFC South, and they're hosting the Falcons in late December. This looks like a really easy schedule with the only tough game in Pittsburgh. Don't be surprised if they take 7.

I think you are overrating the Bears. I hate to say it, but it's true.

Playing in the cold at Soldier field is definitely an advantage over NFC South teams, but the Tampa game is an away game, and the Falcons D is good enough to stop the meager Bears offense dead. Both of these games will be good. The one they might steal is against Carolina. Should be nice and cold that day.

This is one of the most ridiculous statements I've seen in a long time.
