I can imagine how this would feel. I want you to understand a few things:

1) Don't let this affect your ego.

2) Your concern here isn't to belittle the other guy, but to protect your wife and her feelings.

With this in mind, basically the only thing that you should bother insulting him about is his manners. I mean, there's very few reasonable excuses for making that sort of insult.

Walking away is a good option.

Generic insults sound really hollow and they don't really hurt anyone... Just a quiet comment on his manners before leaving should suffice.

And if you say, "Yeah, well you're black and your car sucks!" That's just lame as hall.

If this is based on a real situation, my condolences. Spend some quality time with your wife and try to forget about this bastard.

that is the route i would go... well actully i would just beat the [censored] out of him, but that is what i would say if i was going to say something. stress how low and gay it is to insult a woman like that.
