The two UK poker channels do broadcast some live tournaments as well as online poker games "live" with a 5 minute delay. The Poker Channel also has a lot more original progrmaming they've created than Pokerzone has done so far.

I know that here in Nevada, broadcasting "live" is not allowed at this time.
