You might try re-booting first. I am also having a lot of trouble staying connected.

Well, this is the second time this week that I have tried to connect and had this problem.

If you are running XP with SP2, go to your Add/Remove Programs list and check the box at the top of the window that says "Show Updates". Then scroll to the bottom and under the Winxows Updates or whatever, it will list all updates, WMP10 should be at the top.
