I feel like somebody's mom is watching us post and it's making me uncomfortable.

'Scool, Dids. I got it. There's not a mom on God's Earth that doesn't love me.

Who are you, L.O.L.? Your combination of femaleness, the fact that you're not Elaine and your presumption of stern authority suggests that you're Mrs. Malmuth. Hi, Mrs. M, assuming it's you. If it is, I must say that it wounds me in the heart to know that you're so contemptuous of your husband's customers / devotees, who are a largely young and often rashly spoken bunch, but who genuinely wish good tidings to all present. As for the "comment so far out of line that it was in the next galaxy," I can only guess, but I suggest that perhaps you should be more gracious to those impressed with the wonderfully graceful way in which you have aged.

In short: Why alla y'all gotta be like this?

[/ QUOTE ]

I am not Mrs. Malmuth, and I don't know whether she would appreciate your considered opinion that she has aged gracefully--or not. And my husband has neither customers nor devotees--in fact, he is no longer my husband.

This thread is getting really confusing.

To change the subject, here's a full picture of The Daver since his avatar cuts off his head.

I agree with everything you said before this post, which was long and I didn't read. My bigger point was that because you used Dynasty's real name and so forth, that it seemed like you might be somebody who knew everybody involved, and that made it slightly weird, much like I would find it weird if my mother started posting in OOT.

The problem with the idea that posting something on the internet exposes it to the world is that 2+2 is just a tiny piece of the internet. So much stuff is posted on other forums, myspace, livejournal, webhosting services, etc. that what we really have information overload.

If there are 50 billion photos of us 300 million Americans, no one is going to notice these few. Trust the law of large numbers.

Anyone who has played at a B&M has exposed themselves more there.

I have never exposed myself while playing at a B&M (or online for that matter).

Duh. Dynasty's real name is posted on his profile, middle and last name included. Anyone can find out Bryan's real name--no special security clearance needed. And if I knew your mother, I would encourage her to join in the fun.

It was a private event. Y'all weren't invited. Doesn't that about sum it up?

We have over 500 wedding photos from various sources, and we haven't gotten our hands on most of them yet. I'll post more when we get them.

[/ QUOTE ]

I admit that Dynasty is not Ed, but its not like you all were treating this as a top secret operation.

But OK, if you want your privacy for whatever reason, I accept that. 'nuff said.
