stacks of 3.5m to 5m he takes the even chop
he was asking for a chip chop but gave up and took a 50/50 chop

Three-way DaPhatAce lead 6M/1M/1M and was offered first place money to let 2 and 3 split even. He didn't get it, turned the offer down, and doubled one of the short stacks with a donk play. Of course the deal was off.

HU leading 3:2 small stack offers chip count deal. DaPhat doesn't get it, they end up splitting 50/50.

Not clever.

And this was after he interrupted #2 and #3 when they were talking about chopping second and third place money. He had ~6M, they had about 1M each and #3 proposed just giving him first place. Then he gave #2 about a million while discussions were underway, killing that deal.

That wasn't such a bad move. He was better off with both of 'em folding to get 81k instead of 50k. Doubling up the shortstack with K6 with very stupid.
