The national debt is 8 trillion dollars. 500 million is 0.00625% of this, and that took 15 years. The profits don't mean squat if you put them in the proper scale. 500 million dollars may be a lot of money to you or me, but to the U.S. government, it is small change.

When I get pennies I just leave them near where I received them. Homeless people follow me around.
