Obviously at the 55 level quality of play jumps significantly, but what about 22 to 33?

I have about 40 buy-ins for 33s right now and am considering making the leap...

Am I going to encounter a lot more skilled players or is it generally the same?

I think at the $33's you'll find the WIDEST range of skill levels. From the newb who is there to gamble, to the pro who has a 15% and plays 12 tables. I had 17% ROI at the $22's (sample size 1,000), and could barely muster a 10% ROI at the $33's (SS: 600). Try it out, you'll be surprised by the calls people make in the BB, and the folds people make in the BB w/ 100 chips left. It's this wide range of skill level which is the hardest to adjust to-- gotta know you oponent.
