strange email from pokernow regarding reload

I sent an email to [email protected] asking what is the right deposit code in order to receive the email. I received one response from the email address [email protected] which told me to use "RELOADNOW100." A little while later I got an email from an email address [email protected]. I have no idea who this is. Anyway, it was signed "the cardroom manager." but, to top it off, I was told to use "reload100." Both emails had my original message in it.

pick one, i dont think it matters, if they don't give you the bonus into your account directly, email info@pokernow and ask them to credit your bonus account...

I am not as concerned with which bonus code to use as I am who "jane" is. If it would have said "[email protected]" I wouldn't have been as worried (well, except for the fact that nobody that works their knows the code /images/graemlins/confused.gif), but it is a strange address to me. plus, it was signed "cardroom manager." No name or anything. I just thought it was fishy.

i wouldn't worry about it, she was the one i was in contact with about getting the second half of the shark bonus...

okay..thank you for your help. i emailed them back and asked them what was going on. they never told me who "jane" was, but they told me that the bonus is now "RELOAD100." The first time they told me it was RELOADNOW100. oh well. i will be depositing on monday.

well, if you havn't guessed it by now, Jane is the cardroom manager at PokerNow.com. BlueSkieslimited is the company behind the PokerNow venture, and it's probably more convenient for her to use that email adress. So far it seems that neither RELOAD100 or RELOADNOW100 work automatically, and the bonus will be applied after an email.
