back from calgary

well i made the trip up to calgary with jason brown and the shadow. jason is,you know the guy that poker babe adores.
calgary is really growing and has two good poker rooms. cash casino and elbow river.
the tourny was at the cash casino and run by Mike O'connor and Deb Olsen. both did a splendid job and everyone had fun and the tourny was run without any real hitches.
i didnt get past about half way but jason( you know babe's smile bringer) came in fourth in one and won the big one. both had about 120 players in. jason plays well.
thanks to all the canadians and americans that were so nice and the side game players that i played with.

As you see, the Babe is very selective when it comes to her Best Boys. Jason has now moved into strong contention for the NUMBER ONE slot on the 2005 Best Boys list.

I am thrilled to hear he did LGPG in Calgary.

It looks like you had a good time. You could have used some of that Fossilman luck in the tournaments, but hopefully you did better in the side games.
