Default 99 in the SB

$10 Sit 'n Go at Empire. Trying to get some experience with these.

Blinds are 100/200. 7 player left.
I'm in the lead with ~2.9k chips.
MP goes all in for ~350. Folded to me in SB. I have 9's. BB has ~1.6k left. What do I do?

Are you sure this is Empire? That many people left this late?

I'd probably raise it to 800, as that is what I would probably do if he wasn't in there. I might also fold it and let BB call the small raise.

Might've been 50/100. Was one of those two, and if it was 50/100 then it switched to 100/200 almost right after.

Raise to 800? Why not just call or go all in, to try to isolate this player who obviously is desperate?

Yes, all-in is my answer.

And that would be true even if we had the same amount of chips as the BB I assume?
