Default \"Normal\" Sit-N-Go Buy Ins

Me and a group of friends are putting together a little contest between us. Similar to the OIC, but with Sit-N-Go's instead of normal games. What are the normal buy-ins for these games? I've seen as low as $2.50. Here is what I have so far:

$2.50 + $.25? (seen at Prima Skins and Pacific)
$5.00 + $.50
$10.00 + $1.00
$20.00 + $2.00
$30.00 + $3.00
$50.00 + $5.00
$100.00 + $10.00

Is that a pretty inclusive group? Are there levels I've missed inbetween.

Depends where you play:

e.g.

At Party it is $5+1 - nasty. And there is nothing between 10+1 and 30+3

The $100 level is usually $100+9 and Party has $200+15s as well.
