Default Question came up at the Legends of Poker

I was playing at a table with Ron Rose and Scotty Nyugen. They were discussing a hand at a previous tourny between the two of them.

Scotty has T9s, and Ron has QQ, with the Qs.

Flop comes Js 9c 7s. All the money goes in. Who is the favorite?

Thanks,

Josh
