Default Best way to play this safe?

Say we have an edge of about 0.1 % when playing BJ on the opening of a new casino. Standard LV strip rules, but the casino has some sort of bonus that gives us this edge.
Naturally we want to exploit this and play a lot, but still we don`t want to loose our bankroll. We can play three different ways. Which is the best in terms of the highest amount wagered / hour with the least possible risk of going broke?

1: Playing 1 hand, wagering x $ / bet and being dealt 240 hands / h, for a total amount of 240x $/ h.

2: Playing 2 hands, wagering x $ / hand / bet and being dealt 195 hands / h, for a total amount of 390x $ /h.

3: Playing 3 hands, wagering x $ / hand / bet and being dealt 150 hands / h, for a total amount of 450 $ / h.

I was told I had misunderstood the difference between playing multiple hands vs a single hand. I considered it the same thing as playing multiple tables at an online poker site. The variance will be bigger, but the long run result will be reached faster. True?
