Default All in prices

Can someone tell me how to calculate the "all in prices" that is refrenced in Sklansky's "tournament poker for..."I have the Wilson software(hold-em),and I would like to know if any body has done the calculations,how they set up the software to run,and what did thet do with the info.Any live tournament experience using these numbers would really be appreceiated.
