Default burn rate

I am trying to determine a formula to calculate correct burn rate given an avg pot size value. By burn rate I mean money spent on BB and SB while folding waiting for your chosen pocket.

So if I sit down at a table 3/6, avg pot 100 how tight can I play before burn rate starts to be a concern.

example: Given that AA hapens roughly .45% and wins 31% of the time if I were to limit myself to only playing AA for X number of hands I would burn through Y ammount and have p% chance of winning Z.

I am using the stats here

Any thoughts?
