Limped pot.
BB checks and flop comes: T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Lead or check/raise?

In general it depends whether or not its a tight or loose table. If its a loose table with a few possible semibluffers I C/R flop otherwise I lead.
