Bet 365s 100$ monthly,do they respond to emails?

ive emailed about 3 times asking for it to be credited,no replies,
has anyone got it this month and how amny emails did it take?

anyway, the general consensus is 'yes', although so far my results indicate otherwise.

2nd time is usually the charm for me. How long are you waiting between E-mails? I usually E-mail as soon as I finish and then 5 or 6 hours later when I still have no response, I E-mail them again...

I've always been credited after one email just have a little patience.

Just got off the phone with support. Was told that they are backlogged crediting the bonus. Was told to expect about a 72-hour delay after sending your email before the bonus shows up in your account. Telephone support did confirm that they received my email as soon as I sent it and that I have played the required number of raked hands.

haha i mailed them, they said "you get $50 but the $100 monthly is cleared at 1/2 and above for limit".

So i sent a new mail, "You've been credited with $80 anything else i may help with?".

Sent email on Monday for 250 hands then another on Tuesday for 500 hands. Got reply today (Wednesday) to the first email saying I had reached the 500 mark and I received 100$. They responded last month for 50$ within 1 business day.

I think that part of the problem is that a lot
of people send an email every 50 hands to get their
$10. Might be faster if they made people clear the bonus
first.

Or make it automatic like Paradise.
