Default Dell Inspiron 8100

My friend is going to replace the motherboard on my girlfriend's laptop. She said she got the biggest screen available a couple years ago and I think it's a 17"? Will I be able to 4 table comfortably w/ the 8100 w/out overlap or will there be some overlap? Is there any software that would make it easier to multitable on a laptop?

Thanks in advance

in order to 4-table with no overlap you need at least 1600x1200 resolution. i believe the 9000 series was dell's first 17" laptop. you'll be hoping that it's a 15.4" screen with WUXGA (1920x1200) resolution.
